Parsons Terminal can handle frequent truck traffic, located near major interstates that serve both Eastern and Midwest markets. We participate in numerous break bulk activities that involve transferring materials from rail cars and barges. A former important coal terminal that served the nearby steel and energy markets. The business of coal loading required that trucks, back to back, drive into the site all day, get weighed and empty the coal into hoppers which would speed load into barges utilizing high speed conveyers. We are just as capable of re-loading trucks to be sent out quickly and effectively.
